		CAPE ESPICHEL DINOSAUR TRACKS Duration: 3 hours Distance covered: 4 km Meeting point: Cape Espichel Church Themes: Nature, heritage, geology, dinosaurs. The visit to the Dinosaur Tracks of Cabo Espichel starts at the Church of N.Sra.do Cabo, followed by an explanation about the place, its legends and history. The route to the Dinosaur Tracks is done on foot along a dirt path. From the top, you can see the Jurassic Dinosaur Tracks and point to the one that gave rise to the Legend of Senhora do Cabo. There is a descent to the footprints of the Cretaceous Period, observing the well-designed trails of Sauropedes (herbivores) and Theropedes (carnivores-predators) running.

		GEOLOGY AND ARCHEOLOGY OF PORTINHO DA ARRÁBIDA Duration: 3 hours Distance covered: 3 km Meeting point: Parking at Creiro, Portinho da Arrábida. Themes: Nature, archeology, history, natural cave. Portinho da Arrábida is one of the places in the region that, in addition to its natural beauty, presents a rich and diverse set of interests of a geological and archaeological nature, including the Roman settlement of Creiro, Pedra da Anicha and the Cave Lapa de Santa Margarida. In addition, it has an important heritage and historical aspect, as a defense port for the coast, installation of the Convent of Arrábida and a fishing and summer resort for many generations. Taking this route means having easy access to a class of enormous scientific and didactic interest.
		FOSSIL CLIFF OF COSTA DA CAPARICA AND MATA DOS MEDOS Duration: 4 hours Distance covered: 9 km Meeting point: Mata dos Medos Picnic Park Themes: Nature, geology, habitats In ancient times, the seas rolled grain and grain, which moved in large masses of fine sand, sometimes laden with the remains of shells and shells of marine animals, forming the dunes that are the first "geologically living" barrier. This dune, once alive, ended up dying, giving rise to a cliff of fine sediments, called a fossilized dune, due to its high quality preservation. This is a walk through the dense and well-preserved pine forest from where you can see lands of legends of "capas ricas", which well give the name to the beach that stretches at our feet.
		VISO ROMAN ROAD Duration: 2 hours Distance traveled: 6 km Meeting point: Fortress of São Filipe, Setúbal Themes: Heritage, history, archeology On the outskirts of Setúbal, we have the possibility to travel one of the largest and best preserved stretches of Roman road existing in Portugal, realizing the importance of this territory for over two thousand years, as well as the importance of defending the coast and the territory through the Fortress of São Filipe, from the 17th century and the coastal artillery casemates from the beginning of the 20th century, of which some hidden traces remain. It will be unavoidable to mention the importance of Setúbal's location in the commercial and strategic context.

The Sado Estuary Nature Reserve is one of the most important nature protection zones in terms of flora, fauna and habitats. Although marked by great urban and industrial pressure, it is possible to walk along the banks of salt marshes and wetlands and see some important estuarine ecosystems. These places were marked by the traditional production of salt and purification of oysters that nowadays are converted into fish farms and fishing gear and excellent places for bird watching.

The Arrábida region contains valuable treasures and varied information about the geological evolution of the territory and its occupation since the Neolithic period. Discovering and interpreting all these signs is possible in a simple and didactic way along the Serra do Louro and Quinta do Anjo mountain range, where oyster beds and fossilized corals are visible and a large number of archaeological testimonies in the form of engravings, settlements , castros and graves excavated in the rock. It is also a privileged place for the global observation of all the orography related to the formation of Serra da Arrábida.
